The following are the basic requirments for a loan application to be processed:
Basic application requirments
- Must be 21-65 yrs. old
- Gainfully employed / self-employed for at least one(1) year
- Gross Fixed Annual Income of Php 100,000 for Metro Manila
- Gross Fixed Annual Income of Php 80,000 for Provincial Areas
- With Landline in either business or residence
Documents required
Employed(Metro Manila & Provincial areas)
- Original copy of latest COE w/ compensation & tenure or latest 1 month Payslip
- Latest ITR (BIR Form 2316) signed by Employer's Representative
- Valid ID with photo & signature (i.e. Passport; Driver's License; Govenrment -issued ID's; Company ID)
- Proof of residence Billing (i.e. water; electric; cable; credit card statement)
OFW (Metro Manila & Provincial Areas)
- Copy of lates Job Contract
- Latest POEA Certificate (with flight schedule)
- Photocopy of passport
- Proof of residence billing
- Proof of Checking Account (Bank Statement)
Self-Employed (Metro Manila & Provincial Areas)
- Copy of Business Registration with DTI or SEC
- Copy of the Latest ITR (BIR Form W4)
- Valid ID with photo & signature
- Proof of residence billing
